Welcome to The Social Swing. By booking an event, visiting our website, or interacting with our brand online or in person, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are intended to create a clear understanding of what you can expect from us—and what we expect from you—as we provide professional, mobile golf simulator services.

1. Eligibility and Conduct
All clients must provide accurate contact and event information at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with these terms. If you are under 18, you may use The Social Swing website only with permission of a parent or guardian.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation
To secure a booking, a completed booking form and payment deposit are required. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and a signed rental agreement.

Payment Terms
We require a non-refundable deposit of $250 to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due the day of the event. For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event to qualify for a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event have a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are fully non-refundable.

3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the event space meets our setup requirements, including minimum space dimensions, access to standard electrical outlets, and a safe environment for equipment and guests. Failure to provide an adequate setup space may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Event Performance
While we make every effort to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience, certain factors outside of our control (such as weather for outdoor events, venue restrictions, or power interruptions) may affect performance. In such cases, we will work with you to relocate the setup, adjust the schedule, or reschedule when possible.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Social Swing is not responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or any incidental issues arising from misuse of the simulator, improper play, or unsafe guest behavior. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of sports-related activities.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, service descriptions, images, and written copy—is the intellectual property of The Social Swing and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.

7. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. All personal information collected through our website or during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking services or using our site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in that policy.

8. External Links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites such as booking platforms, payment processors, or social media. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or terms of those external sites.

9. Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Social Swing, its owners, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or services, violation of these terms, or breach of any laws or rights of third parties.
