What is a mobile golf simulator?

We setup a state-of-the-art golf setup that brings the experience of playing on world-class courses to any indoor or outdoor venue. We provide the screen, projector, launch monitor, hitting mat, and everything else needed for realistic play.

What types of events do you serve?

Weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, parties, community events, trade shows, private gatherings and more. If people are gathering, we can bring golf to it.

How much space is required?

Our simulator setup is 16 ft deep × 15 ft wide × 12 ft high. We need a minimum space of approximately 20ft x 16ft to set up our mobile golf simulator, as well as access to a standard power source. The ground will need to be relatively flat. Please reach out if you’d like help confirming that the setup will fit your space.

What is required for setup?

We require a minimum of 20 ft x 16 ft of space and access to a standard power source. From there, our team manages the setup and takedown so your event runs seamlessly

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes, a non-refundable $250 deposit secures your date. Final payment is due the day of the event. Please see our Booking Policy for further information.

Do you provide clubs?

Yes, we supply a standard set of right-handed and left-handed clubs. Additional sets (ladies and junior) are available upon request for an additional $25 fee each. Guests are also welcome to bring their own.

Do I need to know how to play golf?

No experience required! Our simulator includes fun games like closest-to-the-pin and long drive that anyone can enjoy, even beginners.

How accurate is the simulator?

We use a professional-grade launch monitor that tracks ball speed, launch angle, spin, and more—used by serious golfers and teaching pros.

How long does setup and teardown take?

About 45 minutes each. We arrive early to ensure everything is ready before your event starts.

Can we run contests and give out prizes?

Absolutely. Popular contests include closest-to-the-pin, long drive, and hole-in-one. We can integrate your prizes or provide custom award options. See information on packages offered for more information.

can my event be inside or outside?

Yes. Our simulator can be set up indoors or outdoors.

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate on our event date?

If weather becomes an issue, we’ll work with you to relocate the setup indoors, reschedule for a later date, or arrange a refund.

What ages can use the simulator?

The simulator is fun for all ages, and kids’ clubs are available to rent. If your child can swing a club, they can join in and play.

Is staff included?

Yes. Every rental includes a dedicated event host who handles setup, assists guests during play, manages scoring, and ensures everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Is the social swing insured?

Yes, The Social Swing LLC maintains liability insurance and other appropriate insurance.
